AI Product Manager

We are looking for an AI Product Manager to join Zap's product team. In this role, you will lead the development of AI-driven digital products and capabilities, leveraging data, user insights, and emerging technologies to enhance the customer journey, optimize user experience, and drive continuous innovation across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AI-driven product initiatives, identify opportunities to leverage emerging AI technologies, and drive the company forward by embedding innovative AI capabilities into our digital products
• Design and develop new capabilities for the company's web products according to user needs and business strategy
• Develop customer journeys and design/implement user experiences
• Use data-driven insights to identify user behaviors, needs, pain points, and drive product improvements
• Work with high-traffic digital platforms, ensuring stability, performance, and user satisfaction

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in digital product management
• Experience with digital marketing platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools
• Strong data analysis skills for decision-making
• Experience in user experience (UX) design
• Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking
• Familiarity with product development methodologies & Tools (Agile, Scrum)
