Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Legal Counsel. The role is based in Israel. The General Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support to the organization, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, drafting and reviewing contracts, managing legal risks, and representing the company in legal proceedings. The position also involves advising leadership on corporate governance and legal strategies, as well as collaborating with internal teams to address legal matters effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial law, and compliance regulations
• Experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation
• Expertise in legal risk assessment and ability to provide sound legal advice
• Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in Hebrew and English (both written and spoken)
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent and valid license to practice law in Israel
• Experience in corporate governance, litigation, and conflict resolution is a plus
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
