Role Description
- Sync & Plan: Directly manage the daily synchronization between the production GANTT, inventory levels, and sales forecasts.
- Outsourcing Management: Oversee operational relationships with external production and packaging facilities, including work instructions and schedule tracking.
- ERP Ownership: Execute and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) and production data within the ERP system.
- Inventory & Procurement: Perform purchase orders for raw materials and packaging while maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Quality & Sampling: Take responsibility for batch readiness, including hands-on sampling and lab coordination.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-4 years in PP&C or Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
- ERP Expert: Proven experience performing tasks within a (Priority is a major plus).
- Technical Skills: Advanced Office proficiency, hands-on experience with Monday.com, AI tools, and data processing.
- Skills: High-level English, great interpersonal communication, and a "problem-solver" DNA.
