Control System Engineer

Role Overview:

• Designing, developing, and implementing complex Control Systems for large-scale autonomous robotic platforms.
• Developing high-quality code in Structured Text (ST) using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) methodologies.
• Managing and troubleshooting advanced automation, instrumentation, and multi-axis Motion Control systems.
• Working extensively with Beckhoff (TwinCAT) or CODESYS platforms.
• Leading the technical integration of hardware and software components within sophisticated, multi-disciplinary systems.
• Ensuring the highest standards of system reliability, safety, and performance in a production environment.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or a related field – Mandatory.
• 5+ years of professional experience in ST programming (Structured Text) within an OOP environment – Mandatory.
• Proven expertise with Beckhoff or CODESYS platforms – Mandatory.
• Deep technical knowledge of Industrial Instrumentation and Motion Control systems – Mandatory.
• Experience in the integration of large-scale, multi-disciplinary autonomous systems – Highly Preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a small, fast-paced team.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to safety and engineering quality standards.
