Food & Beverage Manager – InterContinental David Tel Aviv

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all restaurant, bar, and kitchen operations in a luxury international hotel. This role includes full responsibility for managing teams of managers and staff, while maintaining the highest standards of service and culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of restaurants, bars, room service, and the hotel’s Executive Chef.

Ensuring service quality, guest satisfaction, and compliance with hotel procedures and international brand standards.

Working closely with the Executive Chef on menu development and maintaining culinary quality.

Responsibility for compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Budget management, cost control, and strategic planning.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Food & Beverage management in a luxury hotel.

Strong leadership skills and ability to manage large teams.

Broad culinary knowledge.

Ability to work under pressure.

Strategic vision and innovative thinking.

Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).

Location: Tel Aviv
