C++ Developer

With a lean team of approximately 40 employees, the company serves as a key technology provider for major banking institutions globally.

Their systems are designed to handle complex financial instruments under the highest standards of reliability and security.

Located in Tel Aviv (featuring a shuttle service from the train station and parking options), the company operates a hybrid work model.

Role Overview:

• Designing and developing Low-Latency, High-Performance, and High-Throughput systems from the core.
• Working in a cross-platform environment supporting both Linux and Windows infrastructures.
• Optimizing backend engines to process massive data volumes with minimal delay, critical for real-time trading environments.
• Solving complex architectural challenges related to memory management, concurrency, and distributed systems.
• Collaborating with domain experts to translate financial logic into robust, scalable code.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in C++ Development – Mandatory.
• Proven experience developing Low-Latency or High-Performance systems – Mandatory.
• Deep understanding of multi-threading, memory management, and modern C++ standards.
• Experience working in both Linux and Windows environments – Mandatory.
• Strong architectural skills and the ability to optimize code for maximum efficiency.
• Background in Fintech, HFT (High-Frequency Trading), or Cyber Security – A significant advantage.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field – Highly Preferred.
