Helfy is a fast-growing company operating a digital telehealth platform that connects clients with doctors for online prescriptions, medication and consultations. Driven by a purposeful, people-centric approach, we aim to be the companion of choice for managing and living with ongoing medical conditions by offering affordable, accessible, personalized, and fast medical care.
We’re looking for a hands-on CRM Manager to own and execute customer communications across key lifecycle touchpoints. This role is highly execution-focused, combining creative messaging, marketing automation, and data-driven optimization to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day customer communication channels including email marketing, SMS, in-app messages, and newsletters to keep customers engaged and informed
- Develop creative content and marketing messaging tailored to different customer segments and lifecycle stages
- Ideate and execute CRM and lifecycle strategies that drive customer retention and loyalty
- Build, implement, and continuously optimize trigger-based campaigns and automated workflows
- Monitor retention KPIs and campaign performance on a regular basis
- Run A/B tests on messaging, timing, and formats, and use insights to guide ongoing improvements
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to measure CRM effectiveness and impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Creative, and Development teams to move CRM initiatives forward end to end
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM, Email Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Customer Retention within a B2C e-commerce environment
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Braze, Klaviyo, or similar
- Comfortable creating marketing content for email and CRM channels, with a strong creative mindset and attention to messaging and tone, knows how to balance brand voice with performance.
- Hands on experience with building workflows, user segmentation lists, and journey mapping - not just overseeing.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Data Studio, Mixpanel, or similar
- Highly motivated self-starter with a fast-learning mindset and a positive attitude
- Collaborative team player, comfortable working with cross-functional partners including creative, content, and developers
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
- High-level English is required
- French or German – an advantage
