About the role:

A leading company in its field is seeking a Financial & Business Analyst to join its finance department.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct macro-level financial control and business analysis
• Perform cost accounting and profitability analysis
• Build and manage company budgets
• Analyze financial and operational data and present findings to management
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, or Accounting
• Experience working in the finance department of an industrial/manufacturing company - advantage
• Excellent command of Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis
• Familiarity with SAP BI and/or Power BI – advantage
• Experience working with Python and/or SQL – advantage
• Experience using AI-based tools for data analysis and insight generation – advantage
