Project Manager & System Analyst

Comblack is Hiring a Project Manager & System Analyst!

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• At least 4 years of experience managing multidisciplinary software development projects
• Proven experience as a System Analyst / Business Analyst
• Experience in client meetings, needs identification, and writing specification documents
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and converting them into functional and technical specifications
• Experience leading development teams, planning schedules, and managing matrix organizations
• Experience in project Gantt chart planning at a high level
• Experience managing project budgets, identifying bottlenecks, and yearly planning
• Experience with Agile/Lean management methodologies – an advantage
• Strong rhetorical and presentation skills, initiative, motivation, innovation, teamwork ability, and client focus
