Comblack is hiring a Technical Help Desk Support Specialist !

The role includes providing advanced technical support to office users, handling complex and ongoing IT issues that require in-depth technical expertise, and managing tickets in collaboration with additional professional teams. The position requires solid experience in service and support centers, end-to-end troubleshooting abilities, and a very high level of customer service.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in technical support within a Help Desk / phone support center
• Expertise in troubleshooting complex issues in Windows environments, Internet, and Microsoft Office
• Proven hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD) for user and permission management
• Strong familiarity with networking and communication environments
• Ability to work under pressure, strong service orientation, and experience documenting and escalating tickets to professional teams
