Comblack is hiring a Technical Help Desk Support Specialist !

The role includes providing advanced technical support to office users, handling complex and ongoing IT issues that require in-depth technical expertise, and managing tickets in collaboration with additional professional teams. The position requires solid experience in service and support centers, end-to-end troubleshooting abilities, and a very high level of customer service.

What are we looking for?

3+ years of experience in technical support within a Help Desk / phone support center
Expertise in troubleshooting complex issues in Windows environments, Internet, and Microsoft Office
Proven hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD) for user and permission management
Strong familiarity with networking and communication environments
Ability to work under pressure, strong service orientation, and experience documenting and escalating tickets to professional teams
