About the job:

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing our entire marketing and BizDev activities, coming up with creative new ideas to expand our target audience, and improving our brand and messaging.

You will be reporting directly to the CEO.

About you:

You are a leading B2C marketing professional who loves managing employees but still has a strong passion for hands-on marketing campaigns and business development.

You have excellent English and Hebrew, deep business understanding, a strong consumer background, and a passion for helping people with their finances. Your colleagues unanimously say you’re among the best and brightest they’ve ever worked with.

You come with these great qualities:

• 5 years of experience as a marketing professional in a successful B2C startup or a top Fintech company
• 3 years of experience managing performance marketing in various platforms (Meta, Google, X, Taboola, Outbrain, TikTok, etc), either hands-on or by professional employees and agencies
• 3 years of experience building growth engines (Content, Podcasts, Influencers, Communities, WoM, Referrals, etc)
• 3 years of experience in business development, building partnerships and affiliations in various online and offline channels (Employers, Operators, etc)
• Proven track record in working with development teams, analyzing funnels, and implementing tracking and attribution methods
• Proven track record in managing rebranding, PR, conferences, video productions, and market research
• Perfect English & Hebrew and communication skills
• We are going to be especially eager if you have experience in early-stage startups, product marketing, and sales management
