AI Engineering Team Lead

We’re building an AI-native security platform where autonomous agents investigate real-world threats at a massive scale.

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineering Team Lead to drive the architecture and delivery of the core production systems powering these investigations.

You’ll lead a strong team while staying deep in the code, turning advanced AI concepts into reliable, scalable software used in the real world.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers building our AI-powered investigation platform, where autonomous agents analyze and respond to real-world security events
• Own end-to-end delivery of core systems from architecture and planning through production deployment and ongoing reliability
• Apply advanced LLM and agent-based AI techniques in production, translating cutting-edge approaches into robust, scalable features
• Stay hands-on with Python backend development, system design, and architectural decisions
• Design and evolve distributed, cloud-native services that operate reliably at scale
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and business stakeholders to turn complex needs into practical technical solutions
• Bring clarity, structure, and technical leadership to day-to-day execution in a fast-moving environment

What You'll Need :

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building backend or distributed production systems
• 2+ years leading engineers or technical teams, including architectural ownership
• Proven experience bringing AI/ML systems into real production environments (beyond research or POCs)
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM-based workflows, AI features, or autonomous agents into real systems
• Experience dealing with production challenges in AI systems (latency, reliability, monitoring)
• Strong experience designing and operating scalable, production-grade backend or distributed systems
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Deep understanding of distributed architectures and system design
• High ownership, strong product sense, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Professional fluency in English and Hebrew

Nice to have :

• Experience leading or mentoring engineers in a technical leadership or team lead role
• Experience working with AI agent frameworks, orchestration systems, or GenAI infrastructure
• Background in cybersecurity, threat detection, or security investigation systems
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth product company
