תחומי אחריות

-ניהול תכנית עבודה לבקרות איכות בקו ההרכבה

-ביצוע בקרות בתהליך ובקרות סופיות על רכבים, מכלולים ומערכות

-הכנת כרטיסי ניתוב ויומני תחנה

-תיקוף מסמכי ATP

-אישור משלוחים והפקת תגי שמישות

-דיווח תוצאות במערכות פנימיות ובמערכות לקוח

-השתתפות ב-PRR ו-FAI באתרי החברה

-ביצוע בדיקות אוטומוטיביות

דרישות התפקיד

-הנדסאי.ת מכונות

-ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים כמבקר/ת איכות מכאני בתעשייה

-היכרות עם טכנולוגיות ייצור מתכת: חיתוך, כיפוף, ריתוך, עיבוד שבבי והרכבות

-ניסיון בביקורת בקווי הרכבה ואינטגרציית מערכות – יתרון

-ניסיון בתחום הרכב – יתרון

-אנגלית ברמה טובה (קריאה וכתיבה)

-ידע בקריאת שרטוטי GD&T

-הסמכת בוחן רכב – יתרון

-הסמכה לבחינה ויזואלית ו-NDT לריתוך – יתרון

Quality Assembly Line Coordinator

Role Description

Responsibilities

• Manage quality control plans for the assembly line
• Perform in-process and final inspections on vehicles, assemblies, and systems
• Prepare routing cards and station logs
• Validate ATP documentation
• Approve product shipments and issue serviceability tags
• Report inspection results via internal and customer systems
• Participate in PRR and FAI activities at Plasan sites
• Conduct automotive testing

Requirements

• Practical Mechanical Engineer (Engineering Technician – Mechanical)
• At least 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Quality Inspector in the industry
• Knowledge of metal manufacturing technologies: cutting, bending, welding, machining, and assembly processes
• Experience in assembly line inspection and systems integration – advantage
• Automotive industry experience – an advantage
• Good English (reading & writing)
• GD&T drawing interpretation knowledge
• Certified Vehicle Inspector – advantage
• Visual inspection and welding NDT certification – advantage
