Shopify Solutions Specialist

We are looking for a Shopify Solutions Specialist who is a technical problem-solver who lives for efficiency, speaks the language of APIs, and understands that in the world of fast fashion, manual tasks are the enemy of growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Shopify Mastery: Handle technical tasks within the Shopify Admin, supporting the configuration and troubleshooting of 3rd-party apps and complex integrations.
• Automation Ownership: Identify manual bottlenecks and build robust automations using Make or Google Apps Script. You will monitor runs, fix failures, and ensure data flows perfectly.
• Developer Liaison: Work closely with our dev team to scope requirements, write clear technical specs/tickets, and manage the QA process for new releases.
• Light Development & Debugging: Dive into the "code behind Shopify" when needed—handling basic Liquid tasks, JSON/API payloads, and light debugging to keep things moving.
• End-to-End Execution: Own your tasks from start to finish. You’ll take a request, clarify the "why," implement the "how," and document the result.
• AI-Driven Productivity: Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, troubleshooting, and automation scripting. We believe in working smarter.

Requirements:

• Shopify Expertise: Solid experience with the Shopify platform from a technical perspective (not just basic admin, but understanding how the ecosystem connects).
• Automation Mindset: Experience with automation platforms (Make, Zapier) and a drive to eliminate manual work.
• Technical Literacy: Familiarity with the "code behind the store"—Liquid basics, HTML/CSS, and handling data files (CSV/JSON).
• Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data reports and troubleshooting integration errors.
• Collaboration: High-level English and the ability to coordinate across Support, Ops, Marketing, and Dev teams to unblock projects.
• A/B Testing: Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., VWO, Optimizely, or Shopify-native tools) to help optimize conversion - advantage
