We are currently looking for a Licensed Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, UAE.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who combines strong technical expertise with solid client-facing and sales skills.
🔹 Key Requirements:
✅ Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a licensed surveyor
✅ Valid UAE Surveyor License
✅ UAE Driving License (mandatory)
✅ Strong knowledge of land surveying, mapping, and site measurements
✅ Experience working in Dubai & UAE regulations
✅ Excellent communication and client relationship skills
✅ Sales skills are required – ability to support business development and client acquisition
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land and property surveys in compliance with UAE regulations
- Prepare accurate survey reports, maps, and documentation
- Coordinate with clients, developers, and authorities
- Support the sales team by attending client meetings and presenting technical solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and assist in expanding company services
