Role Overview:
We’re looking for a DevOps Team Leader to own the strategy, architecture, and operations of our global SaaS and AI infrastructure. You’ll lead a hands‑on DevOps team, drive automation at scale, and work closely with engineering leadership to deliver secure, reliable, and high‑performing cloud environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a DevOps team, fostering a high‑ownership, delivery‑focused culture
- Build and operate scalable cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP), including VPC design, routing, security controls, and cost efficiency
- Implement and maintain IaC and automation frameworks (Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm)
- Develop efficient CI/CD pipelines to improve release frequency and stability
- Establish strong observability—monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting—across all services
- Oversee incident response, root‑cause analysis, and reliability improvements
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Security teams to streamline delivery and ensure secure, compliant infrastructure
- 10+ years working as a DevOps/Cloud Engineer
- 3+ years experience as DevOps Team Leader
- Strong cloud expertise (AWS / Azure / GCP) and deep knowledge of networking (VPCs, VPNs, firewalls, routing)
- Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm - experience required
- Python and Bash - essential
- Cybersecurity - significant advantage
