System Production Team Leader

We are seeking a hands-on System Production Team Leader to lead a team of technically skilled technicians in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with people leadership, operational mindset and a positive, high-energy attitude.

Our team is dynamic and highly collaborative. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys working with people, knows how to motivate and develop team members, and wants to be part of building and optimizing our production and system testing processes.

This role includes extensive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Project Management, Sales, and Operations teams. It requires excellent communication skills, strong prioritization abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of system test technicians.
• Manage daily testing activities and ensure execution according to production plans and quality standards.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for system-level issues and testing failures.
• Work closely with R&D, Project Managers, Sales, Manufacturing, and Operations to align priorities and resolve technical and delivery challenges.
• Handle multiple dynamic tasks in parallel while meeting tight timelines.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and quality metrics.
• Train new team members and continuously develop existing technicians.
• Drive a positive team culture and maintain high motivation in a fast-moving environment.
  
  

• Education: Practical Engineering or technician studies
• Hands-On experience in production or technical environments.
• Good computer skills and ability to operate computerized systems and information tools.
• Proven leadership capability or experience leading small teams (formal or informal).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage dynamic, changing priorities.
• High ownership mentality (“can-do” attitude) and fast learning ability.
• Positive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and motivation to integrate into an existing team.
