The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on GTM Operations Specialist to support and scale Candex’s go-to-market teams from a technical and systems-focused angle. In this role, you’ll drive and optimize the tools, automations, and integrations that power the business across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
You will be responsible for proactively suggesting and implementing enhancements to both our current and future technology stack, including problem definition, solution design and end-to-end implementation of systems and business logic.
Responsibilities
Administer and optimize core GTM tools (e.g., customer success platforms, customer service, marketing assets, reporting tools, customer data platform, event-driven analytics and operations, mass-email systems, and intel integrations) and ensure they’re scalable and well-maintained.
Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Ops to understand workflows and translate them into reliable system solutions.
Evaluate and implement new tools or improvements that increase efficiency, reduce friction, and support scale.
Own data hygiene and structure across GTM systems: permissions, fields/properties, lifecycle states, tagging, templates, and process standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues (automation failures, permission problems, integration errors), and proactively monitor system reliability.
Document workflows, automations, and best practices to ensure clarity, auditability, and easy onboarding for new team members.
Collaborate with IT/security to ensure secure configurations, safe handling of data with privacy-first approach, proper access controls, and compliance across tools and integrations.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in GTM Ops / Business Systems / Systems Operations roles in a SaaS or B2B environment.
Strong experience administering and supporting SaaS tools used by GTM and/or Customer Success teams.
Hands-on experience working with and managing a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), including configuration, user management/permissions, data hygiene, basic workflows/automation, and reporting.
Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and data structures.
Strong problem-solving skills: can debug workflows end-to-end and implement scalable fixes.
Ability to translate business needs into clear system requirements and deliver solutions cross-functionally.
Strong communication and documentation skills, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with security best practices (least privilege, access controls, auditability) is a plus.
