Information Systems Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an Information Systems Analyst to join our team and support the design, implementation, and optimization of business processes across CRM, ERP, integration, and AI systems such as Salesforce, Workato, ERP (Priority), DealHub, and additional operational and AI platforms. This role is ideal for someone highly analytical and process-oriented, who is eager to bridge business needs with technical solutions and drive operational excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot system-related issues and provide ongoing support to business users.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
• Configure, customize, and optimize CRM, ERP, integration, and AI systems (including Salesforce, Workato, Priority, DealHub, and other platforms).
• Implement automation processes and support system integrations between business applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Success, etc.) to improve workflows and drive operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead small-to-mid-scale enhancement initiatives.
• Define and track KPIs (e.g., time saved, ROI, throughput) and support reporting to stakeholders.
• Document system configurations, processes, and workflows to ensure scalability, maintainability, and knowledge sharing.
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an Information Systems role (e.g., system implementation, configuration, or business application support) – Advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Highly detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical implementations.
• Experience working with Salesforce, Workato, ERP systems (e.g., Priority), DealHub, or similar platforms – Advantage
• Familiarity with automation tools and system integrations – Advantage
• Basic knowledge of SQL or APIs
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment
