Join Pixellot’s People team and take ownership of global and technological recruitment processes from sourcing through onboarding. This role reports directly to the SVP People and has a direct impact on how we attract, assess, and hire top talent across the company.

At Pixellot, we are dedicated to revolutionizing sports production. Our AI-powered solutions automatically capture sports events and transform them into personalized content, turning key sports moments into engaging experiences for players, teams, and fans.

As Part Of Your Role, You Will

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple departments - with a strong focus on R&D and technological roles - from proactive sourcing through onboarding.
• Manage global hiring processes, working with stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and evaluation criteria.
• Proactively source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-driven tools, and additional creative sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines aligned with current and future organizational needs.
• Ensure a high-quality, structured, and professional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive data-informed decisions and continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
• Contribute to optimizing recruitment processes and maintaining high standards across the organization.
  
  

• 6+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments.
• Proven experience recruiting for R&D and technological roles.
• Significant experience managing global hiring processes.
• Strong hands-on sourcing experience across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• High level of English (written and spoken).
• Strong candidate assessment and evaluation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• A process-oriented mindset with the ability to improve and optimize recruitment workflows.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and translate insights into action.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.

• Experience working with AI tools for recruitment and sourcing.
• Experience working with Spark Hire/ Comeet (ATS).
• Experience recruiting for both software and hardware roles.
