Software Architect

This position involves system-level ownership - including solution design, documentation, and technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.

You’ll collaborate with clients, product managers, developers, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to bridge the gap between business needs and scalable, maintainable technology.

What will you do:

• Analyze business and technical requirements and design appropriate system-level solutions
• Create and maintain detailed technical specifications (SRS, HLD, LLD)
• Lead complex projects involving integration, infrastructure planning, and system architecture
• Analyze gaps between existing systems and new requirements, and propose tailored solutions
• Document solutions for various stakeholders including development, QA, DevOps, and support teams
• Support implementation and post-production phases alongside development and operations teams
• Design integration points (B2B, API) between internal and external systems
• Contribute to high-level architecture planning and participate in system-wide decision-making
• Use modeling and documentation tools (UML, data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, etc.)

Qualifications:

Must-Have

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Software Architecture roles within large-scale E-commerce environments
• Hands-on, extensive experience in the E-commerce domain, working with large-scale, mission-critical, high-traffic systems serving millions of users
• Broad technical understanding of infrastructure domains- servers, operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking, databases
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and practical solutions
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders- including writing documentation and facilitating discussions

Nice-To-Have

• Hands-on experience designing cloud-based solutions on AWS – including IAM, networking, storage, and managed databases
• Background in projects involving complex, multi-system environments (legacy + modern)
• Development experience (Full Stack / Backend / scripting) – a strong plus for integration understanding
• Experience writing Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, BPMN
