About The Role

As Director of Finance at Brandlight, you will lead the company’s financial operations end-to-end, owning accounting, reporting, planning, and financial controls. You will act as the primary finance partner to the CEO and leadership team, providing clear financial visibility and supporting critical business decisions.

This role is ideal for a hands-on finance leader who can operate independently, manage investor relationships, and guide the company through multiple fundraising cycles.

This role is for someone who can balance day-to-day execution with forward-looking financial analysis, ensuring the business is well-positioned for growth, operational discipline, and future capital raises.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting, reporting, budgeting, and financial controls
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and cash management
• Prepare and support fundraising, diligence, and investor reporting
• Build clear, scalable financial processes
• Manage external partners (accounting, tax, payroll)
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial transparency
  
  

• Senior finance leadership experience in a growing company
• Experience through more than one fundraising round
• Has owned finance end-to-end as a primary or sole finance lead
• Experience working with U.S. companies and Israel-based R&D
• Strong business judgment and financial discipline
• Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable
• Trusted, low-ego professional who works well with leadership and investors
