About the Role:

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll design and evolve the core Kubernetes-native infrastructure that powers Finubit’s platform.

You’ll manage AWS resources declaratively through controllers and ACK, define infrastructure as code, and embed automation and observability at every layer.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

• Build and operate core infrastructure using Kubernetes controllers and ACK.
• Develop and maintain Terraform/Terragrunt modules for consistent provisioning.
• Operate multi-cluster EKS environments using GitOps and controller-based automation.
• Implement and extend observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Tempo.
• Partner with DevOps and Platform teams to define standards for compute, identity, and networking.
• Automate operations using AI-driven ChatOps workflows powered by Temporal.
• Continuously improve reliability, compliance, and automation through code.
  
  

• Knowledge of Kubernetes controllers, CRDs, and declarative infra management.
• Experience with ACK or similar frameworks (Crossplane, Operator SDK, etc.).
• Familiar with Terraform, Terragrunt, and GitOps practices.
• Comfortable coding in Python or Go.
• Familiar with observability tools and monitoring principles.
• Curiosity and drive to innovate how infrastructure is built, automated, and scaled.
