We are looking for an outstanding Bookkeeper (up to Balance Sheet) to join our Finance team.

This role includes full responsibility for day-to-day accounting operations and the monthly close process.

What you’ll do:

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping activities up to Trial Balance / Balance Sheet.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of all Balance Sheet accounts, including: bank accounts, credit cards, vendors, accruals, prepaid expenses, intercompany balances, etc.
• Record supplier invoices and oversee the monthly payment run process.
• Prepare and file statutory reports to Israeli authorities (VAT, Income Tax advances, National Insurance, Forms 856 & 126, etc.).
• Maintain the Fixed Assets register and calculate depreciation.
• Process Travel & Expense reports and ensure compliance with company policy.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes.
• Participate in ad-hoc accounting projects as required.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper (up to Balance Sheet) in a high-tech company.
• Certified Bookkeeper Type 2 or above - mandatory.
• Proven experience with Israeli tax compliance (VAT filings, Income Tax advances, National Insurance, etc.).
• Experience in a multi-currency environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Good written and verbal English.
