Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps team (5-7), providing technical guidance and fostering best practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using technologies such as GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Docker, Kubernetes, Argo-CD and Ansible.
• Oversee installation, upgrades, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of infrastructure components.
• Manage cloud cost
• Manage integration of tools and services to optimize workflows and ensure smooth development and deployment processes.
• Support cross-functional development teams.
• Drive automation, optimization, and continuous improvement of tools and processes.
• Maintain and create clear, up-to-date technical documentation.
• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into DevOps implementations.
• Handle security-related issues and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in a software development environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
• Highly proficient with Linux (Admin level) – a must!
• Experience with AWS services including ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM
• Cost optimization strategies and FinOps implementation
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with the DevOps stack: Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes, Ansible, Docker, GitHub, Prometheus.
• Experience with GitOps workflows
• Maven/Gradle and running java applications
• Github actions
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Groovy scripting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, self-learning attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Service-oriented mindset.
• Full professional proficiency in English — both written and verbal.
  
  

• AWS certification.
• Experience in software project lifecycles and development methodologies.
• VMware knowledge.
• Familiarity with Maven/Gradle.
• Experience administering Jenkins and Git.
• Development experience with Git.
• Experience managing Ubuntu servers.
