Logistics & Supply Chain Manager

Location: Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv | Full-time | On-site | Reporting to CFO

A growing company developing, manufacturing, and marketing premium consumer products is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to lead and manage end-to-end operational activities.

This is a hands-on, one-person operation role requiring strong managerial capabilities alongside operational execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain process – from planning to customer delivery
• Work closely with manufacturing suppliers and 3PL providers in Israel and internationally
• Manage, maintain, and continuously improve WMS/ERP systems, including integration with various logistics platforms
• Oversee supplier and logistics partner relationships, including negotiations and commercial improvements
• Plan and control inventory levels, product availability, and service levels
• Manage import, export, and shipping processes (sea / air / land freight)
• Drive operational optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction initiatives
• Lead cross-functional operational projects across the organization

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management (experience in E-commerce, D2C, and/or consumer goods environment – advantage)
• Hands-on experience working with manufacturing suppliers and 3PL providers (local and global)
• Strong experience managing import, export, warehousing, and distribution processes
• Experience in a consumer goods company operating across multiple distribution channels in Israel and abroad
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces in a dynamic environment
• Strong operational mindset and problem-solving capabilities
• High proficiency in Priority ERP – mandatory
• Fluent English – mandatory
• Highly independent, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset
