R&D Engineer/Physicist

To support the continued growth of Insignito’s core technologies, we are hiring a Senior Systems & Algorithm Engineer to join our R&D Waveguide team.

This is a high-impact role at the heart of our product development, focused on end-to-end system design, advanced algorithms, and physics-based engineering solutions.

Role Description:

🔹 Lead end-to-end development of algorithmic and engineering solutions

🔹 Develop and implement advanced spatial signal processing algorithms

🔹 Work hands-on with measurement systems, experiments, and data analysis

🔹 Design and write efficient, production-level code for complex systems

🔹 Contribute to mission planning system development

🔹Work directly with operational end-users and customers

What we're looking for

✔️B.Sc. or higher in Physics / Electrical Engineering with strong physical intuition

✔️ Significant experience developing complex engineering systems

✔️Strong understanding of wave propagation theory

✔️ 3+ years of experience in Python development

✔️ 2+ years of experience in Signal Processing

✔️ Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand complex systems

✔️ High motivation and sense of ownership

Nice to have

✨Strong software engineering fundamentals (clean code, testing, architecture)

✨Experience with UX/UI development

✨ Experience with automations, CI/CD

✨ Experience with Docker

✨ Experience with API
