Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join a leading company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end dashboard development, from data architecture to advanced visualization, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Infrastructure & Architecture: Designing and building data sources from scratch, writing complex stored procedures, and managing performance optimization within Big Data environments.

Business Modeling: Translating abstract business requirements into precise data models and effective analytical solutions.

Stakeholder Management: Working directly with business units and clients to present insights and ensure dashboard implementation delivers measurable impact.

Collaborative Development: Working within a multidisciplinary team of analysts and developers, fostering knowledge sharing and technical synergy.

Requirements:

Backend Proficiency: Proven experience in Tableau development and advanced SQL. Expertise in writing complex queries, creating procedures, and optimizing large-scale datasets.

Visualization & Frontend: Strong UI/UX capabilities within Tableau; ability to transform raw data into clear, high-quality visual products that meet business needs.

Business Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with clients, analysts, and business stakeholders.

Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex data structures
