The Role:

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer who will be a key architect in evolving our real-time AI capabilities. You will bridge the gap between complex LLM workflows and high-performance backend systems, ensuring our AI assistant is not only “smart” but also lightning-fast, reliable, and scalable.

Requirements:

6+ years of backend engineering experience, with a focus on Node.js and/or Python. You should be an expert in microservices, API design, and scalable system architecture.
The AI Edge: Proven experience in building and deploying production-grade AI applications. You’ve moved beyond simple API calls and have experience with:

LLM Orchestration: Working with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or building custom orchestration logic.

Agentic Workflows: Designing autonomous or semi-autonomous agents that perform multi-step tasks.

RAG & Data: Implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation using Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).

Academic Excellence (A Huge Advantage): A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a prestigious university.

Skills & Impact:

Real-Time Intelligence: Design and implement low-latency AI pipelines that can process conversation data and provide insights in real-time.
Seamless Integration: Bridge the gap between user-facing elements and complex AI logic to create an “invisible” and fluid user experience.
System Synergy: Skillfully integrate multiple third-party systems (CRMs, Calendar, Video Conferencing) with LLM outputs to automate data entry and sales workflows.
Production-Grade AI: Implement evaluation frameworks (LLM-as-a-judge), monitoring, and caching strategies to make AI behavior predictable and cost-effective.

Qualifications:

Collaborative Innovator: Thrive in a dynamic startup environment, collaborating with product and research teams to turn raw AI potential into polished features.
Problem Solver: Demonstrate agility in solving non-deterministic challenges inherent in AI, such as hallucination mitigation and prompt optimization.
Tech Scout: Stay at the absolute forefront of the GenAI revolution, continuously experimenting with new models (GPT-4o, Claude 3.5, Llama 3) and techniques.
