We are seeking a highly analytical FP&A Analyst with a broad business perspective to join a leading company. This is a high-impact role at the heart of the organization's strategic decision-making process.

dResponsibilities
:Leading financial budgeting and forecasting processes
.Analyzing financial performance vs. budget and key targets
.Preparing management reports, executive presentations, and strategic insights
.Supporting data-driven business decisions
.Collaborating with various departments, including Operations, Marketing, and Sales
.Identifying trends and providing strategic recommendations to management
.
Requirement
s:B.A. in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting (MBA – an advantage
).2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, budget planning, or FP&
A.High proficiency in Excel and BI tool
s.Strong ability to translate data into actionable business insight
s.Analytical mindset, highly organized, and detail-oriente
