Our M&A Advisory Department is looking for an intern!

An amazing opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Due Diligence and transaction support.

What does the role include?

• Supporting companies throughout acquisition, investment, and sale processes
• Analyzing historical trends and identifying a representative level of profitability, working capital, and debt
• Reviewing financial forecasts and assessing their reasonableness compared to historical performance
• Identifying business exposures and risks, and assisting in their quantification
• Supporting the preparation of purchase price adjustment mechanisms and participating in negotiations with the counterparty

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Strong academic achievements (transcript required)
• Very high level of English – mandatory
• The role requires independent work, strong attention to detail, solid business understanding, and willingness to work hard and commit to additional hours when needed.
