Lead Technical Product Owner

We’re looking for a Technical Product & Project Lead to drive our core business & technology platforms, shaping strategy, aligning stakeholders, and leading complex initiatives end‑to‑end.

About Us:

Our Integrated Platforms group owns the business and technology services that power customer-facing and internal digital experiences.

We define, build, and scale platforms that enable enterprise capabilities, such as API frameworks, information distribution to customers, self‑service solutions for contact centers, and additional mission‑critical digital services.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a cross‑organizational function that elevates product excellence across platform teams.
• Coach and empower product/project owners to strengthen their technical and execution capabilities.
• Coordinate a unified, transparent backlog across platform teams, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment to business and tech objectives.
• Partner with engineering and architecture to mature complex backlogs, resolve technical challenges, and manage multi‑team dependencies.
• Unblock teams, streamline ways of working, and improve planning accuracy across the organization.
• Promote best practices for requirements, experimentation (e.g., A/B testing), and measurable outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record leading complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives in large organizations-from definition through launch and stabilization.
• Broad understanding of enterprise information systems and experience collaborating on solution architecture, hands‑on familiarity with modern development processes and tooling, especially in digital domains.
• People leadership: experience mentoring, coaching, and enabling teams toward high‑ownership, high‑quality execution.
• Technological curiosity, rapid learning, and openness to new domains and ways of working.
• Ability to challenge assumptions, shape a value‑driven vision, and translate it into clear execution.
• “Big picture” systems thinking, proactivity, and strong internal motivation.
