Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented, and fast‑learning individual who is eager to begin their career in project coordination and PMO within a global R&D environment.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate who wants to gain hands‑on experience working with budgets, data, systems, and cross‑functional stakeholders while developing strong operational and analytical skills.

What You Will Do

• Provide PMO support through structured tracking and reporting of budgets, forecasts, and project execution in collaboration Business Operation manager and Project Managers.
• Coordinate and update the monthly capacity report by projects and Global R&D sites
• Collect data from managers and consolidate inputs
• Review project P&Ls together with Project Managers
• Prepare forecast reports as inputs for discussions with Finance and subsidiaries
• Maintain and update project, budget, and capacity databases
• Support budget build processes through data collection and consolidation
• Use and learn AI-based tools to support analysis and reporting
  
  

• Recent graduate in a relevant field or an early-career professional
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Comfortable working with data and multiple stakeholders
• Organized, reliable, and able to follow through
• Bring an open, proactive, and innovative approach, suggesting new ideas or improved
• Systems orientation
• Fluent English & strong Excel skills
