Chief System Engineer - | Be’er Ya’akov Area
We are looking for a senior System Engineer to lead the end-to-end engineering ownership of a Seeker Head within an advanced air defense program.
This is not just another system engineering role.
This is an opportunity to lead a critical subsystem within a strategic platform, influence key architectural decisions, and work alongside top-tier experts - algorithm developers, physicists, and software & hardware engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Define the system and physical mission of the seeker head
🔹 Lead multidisciplinary system engineering activities for complex solutions
🔹 Provide professional leadership to cross-functional expert teams
🔹 Drive integration, testing, and system maturity toward operational readiness
🔹 Influence major technological and architectural decisions
Requirements:
✔ B.Sc. in Engineering - mandatory
✔ ~10 years of experience in multidisciplinary system engineering
✔ Strong system-level thinking and ability to solve complex engineering challenges
✔ Proven experience in technical leadership
✔ High sense of ownership, resilience, and ability to thrive in a highly challenging environment
