Technology Recruiter

Ingima Israel, a leading software house in the Hi-Tech industry, is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our close-knit, "family " team!

What will you do?

• End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle of technological roles, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and candidate experience management until signing.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Account Managers and external clients.
• Data Management: Handle recruitment processes within our ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter – Mandatory.
• Experience working with tech clients and a deep understanding of their unique recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with social media sourcing, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn Recruiter – Mandatory.
• Management experience – An advantage.
