Delivery Manager

The Delivery Manager for Integration is responsible for end-to-end management and oversight of integration and cloud projects for company clients.

This is a senior managerial and professional role with responsibility for customer satisfaction, achieving business and operational goals, and leading project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

The role serves as a key bridge between clients, delivery teams, and executive management—while maintaining high service standards and adherence to company best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

• Lead multiple concurrent projects in integration, cloud, and cybersecurity domains.
• Manage project governance frameworks: planning, control, risk management, and escalations.
• Ensure alignment between architecture and technical solutions and the client’s business needs.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain overall ownership and accountability for strategic client relationships.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through continuous communication, transparency, and real-time issue resolution.
• Identify business growth opportunities and expand activities within existing accounts.

Team & Resource Management

• Lead teams of engineers, architects, and project managers.
• Manage resource allocation, workload balancing, and professional development of team members.
• Mentor, coach, and empower managers and employees to improve performance.

Quality & Operations

• Implement consistent and efficient work methodologies across the organization.
• Continuously improve work processes and performance metrics (KPIs).
• Analyze business and operational performance (profitability, productivity, resource utilization).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Architecture teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations departments for forecasting, reporting, and accurate billing.
• Partner with Development and R&D teams to maintain technological alignment.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in project or service management in integration, cloud, or IT domains.
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise-level projects, including work in multi-cloud environments.
• Deep familiarity with public cloud services, including at least Azure and AWS.
• Excellent communication and client management skills in Hebrew and English.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including budget control and profitability management.

Advantage:

• Previous experience in a systems integration or technology consulting company.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and cloud security domains.
• Relevant cloud and cybersecurity certifications.
