We are looking for a Content Operations Specialist to support the daily operations of game content across the platform. This role focuses on accurate execution, coordination, and maintenance of content and promotions within internal systems. The position requires a highly organized individual with excellent English skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle several operational tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Operate and maintain game content through internal Admin and backoffice systems.
- Execute and validate content configurations, promotions, and updates with high accuracy.
- Manage ongoing communication with external game providers in English, including follow-ups and coordination on operational matters.
- Ensure timely activation, deactivation, and maintenance of game content and promotions.
- Monitor live content and identify issues, inconsistencies, or missing configurations.
- Track multiple tasks and content activities in parallel while meeting deadlines and priorities.
- Document processes, updates, and operational changes in an organized and structured manner.
- Native-level or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high level of order and accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow processes precisely.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Experience with Admin / Backoffice systems – advantage.
- Early experience in the gaming industry – advantage.
- Familiarity with, interest in, or passion for casino games and the online casino world – advantage.
- Proactive mindset, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
