System Analyst & Project Manager

Join one of Israel’s leading insurance companies as a System Analyst & Project Manager

in the Digital and Innovation Division.

In this strategic role, you’ll lead cross-organizational projects from initial business needs gathering through to successful implementation, shaping the digital products and processes that drive real impact across the company.

You’ll collaborate with multiple stakeholders, coordinate delivery across teams, and play a key part in transforming complex business goals into intuitive digital solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the analysis, planning, and execution of high-impact digital projects
• Collaborate closely with business units to gather requirements and identify process gaps
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications (User Stories), including: Process architecture, UI and interface design, API definitions and integration testing using Postman, JSON, and REST services
• Oversee and manage project timelines, scope, and tasks, Run multiple projects in parallel, ensuring milestones are met
• Manage and prioritize the development backlog, ensuring smooth execution and delivery

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in system analysis, including writing technical specs and working with SQL databases and APIs – Must
• Solid experience with Postman, REST APIs, and JSON – Must
• At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end project management within large delivery teams – Must
• Experience in analyzing and designing web and mobile applications – Must
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and control timelines and scope
• Background in software development and familiarity with system architecture – Strong advantage
• Experience in the insurance or financial sectors – Advantage
