We're a fast-paced, fully regulated online Sports-betting and Casino operator. Operating from Spain & Israel, with hubs across Europe and LATAM, we serve players in Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Panama and Argentina.
We are seeking a highly skilled and data‑driven PPC & Mobile User Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple countries, focusing on Search (Google Search & Bing ads ), Mobile (Apple Search Ads & UAC) campaigns and additional performance channels.
This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to maximize performance and ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize Search (Google Search & Bing ads ), UAC, Apple Search Ads, and other PPC channels to drive high‑quality app installs and conversions.
- Run campaigns across multiple countries, ensuring localization, compliance, and market‑specific optimization.
- Monitor and optimize daily campaign performance, adjusting bids, targeting, placements, and creatives to meet KPIs.
- Work closely with the Marcom team to conceptualize and design compelling creatives: banners, videos, static ads, ad copy, and USP-driven messaging.
- Build and maintain a structured A/B testing framework for creatives, audiences, and store assets.
- Partner with Bi teams to analyze campaign insights, LTV trends, retention, and cohort behavior.
- Work with design, CRM, product and store optimization teams to maintain strong alignment across the acquisition funnel.
- Manage monthly budgets effectively while ensuring ROI and cost efficiency.
- Provide accurate forecasting and pacing, ensuring optimal budget allocation across channels and markets.
- Implement deep links, Custom Product Pages (CPP), and store listing optimization (Android listings and ASO fundamentals).
- Stay up to date with mobile marketing trends, privacy updates (SKAN, ATT), and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with ASO teams to improve conversion rates and store visibility.
- Build clear, actionable reports around performance, trends, creative learnings, and recommendations.
- Track KPIs including CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, and funnel conversion metrics.
- Present insights to internal stakeholders regularly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile user acquisition, with strong hands-on knowledge of UAC and Apple Search Ads.
- Proficiency with Firebase, AppsFlyer, GA4, and other mobile analytics tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting large datasets and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with mobile growth tools (MMPs, automation platforms, creative testing tools).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English. Spanish is an advantage.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience with keyword optimization for Apple Search Ads.
- Understanding of paid media fundamentals (CPC, CPM, CVR, ROAS, LTV).
- Knowledge of SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) – a plus.
- Basic understanding of creative briefs, brand guidelines, and concept execution.
- Familiarity with compliance and responsible advertising standards for regulated industries.
- Strong organizational skills and ownership of workflows from planning to execution and reporting.
