A global tech organization is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with strong development capabilities to lead cross-functional projects and scale complex business processes.
What You’ll Do
- Design, configure, and develop solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem
- Build advanced automation (Flows, Apex) and occasional LWC components
- Manage integrations (REST/SOAP, iPaaS tools) and data flows with surrounding systems
- Collaborate with Sales, CS, Finance, Marketing, and Operations
- Build dashboards and drive data-based decision making
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin + Developer capabilities)
- Strong skills in Apex, SOQL, async processes, complex Flows
- Experience in fast-paced environments and cross-functional work
- Advantage: LWC, CPQ, Communities, BI tools (Power BI / Tableau), NetSuite, integrations
- Salesforce certs: Admin & App Builder (required), PD1 (advantage)
