Legal Counsel

A global leader in the personal care industry is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its international legal team. Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, this role will serve as a key legal partner and trusted right hand, providing broad commercial support across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal support and advice across multiple departments and global jurisdictions.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of cross-border commercial agreements (distribution, vendor, retail, manufacturing, marketing, NDAs, DPAs, etc.).
Own and manage the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including negotiation of key business terms.
Partner closely with senior stakeholders in Israel and global subsidiaries.
Support regulatory compliance and advise on privacy, IP, data protection, competition, and consumer protection matters.

Requirements:

LL.B. and active Israeli Bar membership – mandatory.
5+ years’ post-internship experience in commercial/transactional law (in-house at a global company or leading law firm).
Strong knowledge of commercial contracts; familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, privacy, IP, competition, and consumer protection laws – an advantage.
Excellent English (written and spoken) – must.
Business-oriented mindset with strong prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Flexibility to work across NA and APAC time zones when required.
