Responsibilities And Impact

• Lead the global People function across the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance, learning & development, compensation, employee relations, and offboarding
• Continuously refine and scale key HR programs and processes, including onboarding, performance reviews, feedback, compensation, internal communication, and L&D
• Partner closely with the leadership team on organizational growth, team structure, and manager support
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees
  
  

• 8+ years of progressive, global HR and Talent Acquisition experience – A Must
• High level of English – A Must
• Prior experience in a series A and/or series B startup company, comfortable building processes and programs from the ground up
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of discretion, judgment, and emotional intelligence
• Comfortable working across time zones and cultures (we have employees in 9 countries)
  
  

• Experience working with US-based leadership and teams
• Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, sourcing tools, performance platforms)
• Experience directly supporting C-level executives and founders
