Senior Product Manager - B2C

One of our clients, a fast-growing fintech company based in the U.S. with an R&D center in Israel, is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager – Payments.

The company develops advanced financial solutions that make everyday payments easier, including a next-gen credit card and a point-of-sale financing platform used in 25,000+ locations across healthcare and service sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the payments product roadmap and strategy.
• Manage the evolution of the Payments Hub (integrations, infrastructure, reliability).
• Lead an agile team in Israel, prioritize backlog, and ensure timely delivery.
• Work cross-functionally with U.S. teams to align business and tech needs.
• Focus on automation, operational efficiency, and 100% platform uptime.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with B2C products
• Understanding of the U.S. payments ecosystem (credit cards, ACH, regulations). Advantage
• Experience in Agile, KPIs/OKRs, and managing backend/frontend projects.
• Startup experience and technical background are strong advantages.
