This role blends strategic media thinking with hands-on creative work, throughout the lifecycle of performance-driven campaigns- from concept and storytelling to execution, optimization, and scale. You’ll work closely with designers, editors, and marketers to craft compelling visuals and narratives that resonate with audiences and elevate Yves Rocher’s presence across global markets.

Responsibilities

• Execute performance-driven creative strategies for paid social channels, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube.
• Support the planning, launch, and ongoing optimization of paid campaigns with a focus on ROI, efficiency, and scalable growth.
• Take part in the full creative lifecycle: ideation, briefing, asset production, testing, iteration, and performance review.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners (creative, media, production) to deliver high-quality campaign assets.
• Help develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and visual directions based on performance data and brand guidelines.
• Analyze campaign results to identify strong creatives, messaging angles, audiences, and optimization opportunities.
• Assist in budget optimization and pacing to improve campaign performance and cost efficiency.
• Contribute to structured testing frameworks and help maintain organized, repeatable creative work
• Stay up to date on paid social trends, emerging formats, platform updates, audience behavior, and new AI-powered tools.
  
  

• 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing or paid social roles.
• Proven experience managing Meta/Facebook campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Direct Response marketing and performance KPIs.
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Creative intuition and strong storytelling skills.
• Proven, mandatory experience working with creative editing tools.
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English skills - written and spoken.

• Hands-on experience in creative production.
• Experience with AI tools for creative research or content generation.
