Amazon FBA Supply Chain & Inventory Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, 100% remote role for an Amazon FBA Logistics Manager.

We are not looking for a general Virtual Assistant. We need a tactical operator to manage the "Send to Amazon" workflow across a large portfolio of brands.

Your daily mission is specific: Ensure 100% operational accuracy in shipments, keep our IPI scores healthy, and recover every dollar owed to us by Amazon. You will act as the "Air Traffic Controller" for our inventory, ensuring we stay in the "Goldilocks Zone"—never out of stock, never overstocked.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Orchestration: Monitor sell-through rates and calculate "Days of Supply" to trigger restocks at the exact right moment (30-60 days cover).

• IPI Stewardship: Take ownership of Account Health. You will actively reduce stranded inventory and manage excess stock to keep IPI scores above target.

• Shipment Execution: Create and manage inbound shipments across multiple unique Amazon accounts. You must understand strict data separation and correct "ship-from" logic.

• Precision Labeling: Generate and organize FNSKU, Box, and Pallet labels. You will act as the final quality control check before stock leaves the warehouse.

• Aggressive Reconciliation: Since we fund inventory, every unit counts. You will audit "Received" vs. "Shipped" quantities and manage cases to recover capital for missing units using PODs and BOLs.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years of FBA Experience: You must have deep mastery of Seller Central and the inbound shipping workflow.

• Portfolio Management: Experience managing inventory for 10+ different accounts simultaneously is highly preferred (Aggregator experience is a plus).

• Excel Proficiency: You don't need to be a coder, but you must be comfortable with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables to forecast inventory needs.

• Problem Solving: You know what to do when a shipment is closed with discrepancies or when Amazon flags a labeling error.

• Language: Professional proficiency in English (Written and Verbal) is essential.
