Business Analyst - JB-3376

We are hiring a Business Analyst to join a global, publicly traded technology company operating in the Defense and Aerospace sectors. The company follows an accelerated growth strategy driven by mergers and acquisitions and manages a broad portfolio of subsidiaries and advanced technology platforms.

The Business Analyst will join the Investment & Analytics team and working closely with the M&A and Portfolio teams. The role involves supporting financial modeling, valuations, due diligence, deal execution, portfolio onboarding, post-merger integration, market analysis, and performance tracking, while delivering actionable insights for executive leadership and strategic projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting (MBA/advanced degree a plus)

Experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking (M&A), or Strategy Consulting (Big 4 preferred)

Expert-level Excel and strong PowerPoint skills

Understanding of Defense and Technology sectors is a strong advantage

Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
