TSG, a publicly traded defense high-tech company, is recruiting a Command and Control (C2) Systems Implementation Specialist for a full-time position that includes travel throughout Israel.

The role involves implementing information systems for local authorities, government organizations, and Home Front Command headquarters, providing ongoing professional support, user training, and application support during routine operations and emergency situations.

Responsibilities:

Implementation of C2 systems and leading the end-to-end implementation process
User training and onboarding (frontal / online)
Supporting customers during routine operations, emergencies, and drills
Ongoing work with senior stakeholders and development teams
Gathering and managing requirements, issues, and system improvement requests

Requirements:

At least one year of experience in implementing information systems / enterprise systems
Experience in training and working with customers
Proficiency in computerized work environments (Web / Mobile)
Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal communication
