Mesh Security is looking for a Global Operations & People Lead to build and own the operational backbone of a fast-scaling cybersecurity company operating across US and EMEA.
This is a hands-on execution leadership position for someone who can run global HR, payroll, compliance, vendor infrastructure, and cross-border team operations with maturity and precision.
Responsibilities
- Own global HR & people operations across Israel, US, and EMEA/APAC
- Manage payroll, benefits, EOR structures, local compliance and employment frameworks
- Build scalable operational processes as the company grows internationally
- Act as operational interface between CEO, finance, legal, and regional teams
- Lead sensitive employee matters with discretion and maturity
- Own vendor contracts (legal, payroll, HR systems, insurance, EORs, etc.)
- Manage onboarding/offboarding across jurisdictions
- Oversee equity grants administration (Carta, vesting processes)
- Ensure global compliance and operational consistency across entities
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in operations / people leadership in startup or high-growth environment
- Proven experience managing US payroll, benefits, and multi-country employment
- Experience working with EORs (Deel, Remote, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Israeli labor law + US employment basics
- Experience supporting executives and board-level processes
- High discretion and emotional intelligence
- Fluent English
- Office presence required (leadership role)
