The Opportunity

We are looking for a Facilities & Operations Lead to support the daily operations and ongoing maintenance of a portfolio of client offices.

This role is highly operational and service-oriented, combining hands-on field work, direct client communication, and close coordination with service providers.

The position is dynamic and flexible, and includes regular movement between sites in the central region.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main operational point of contact for assigned clients
• Maintain continuous communication with clients and ensure high service levels
• Manage and monitor day-to-day maintenance and operational activities in client offices
• Handle maintenance requests, follow-ups, and issue resolution end-to-end
• Coordinate technicians, handyman teams, and external service providers
• Conduct routine site visits, inspections, and quality checks
• Track changes, inspections, and updates across client assets and workspaces
• Ensure issues are handled efficiently, professionally, and on time
• Manage schedules, priorities, and tasks across multiple sites
• Identify recurring issues and suggest operational improvements
  
  

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in facilities, operations, property management, or service-oriented operational roles
• Hands-on, field-oriented mindset with strong execution skills
• High level of organization, order, and attention to detail
• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to understand operational processes and work independently
• Service-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Proactive, responsible, and solution-driven
• Willingness and availability to travel between sites in the central area
