COMBLACK is hiring a Delivery Excellence Lead (Agile / OPEX) !
This is a cross-functional and high-impact role, responsible for driving continuous improvement of delivery processes, leading Agile and OPEX methodologies, and working closely with senior management, IT, and business units within a complex enterprise environment.
What are we looking for?
• Proven experience leading Delivery / Agile / OPEX processes in a large organization
• Background in Industrial Engineering & Management or Information Systems – חובה
• Experience with Scaled Agile frameworks and technological transformation initiatives
• Experience from consulting firms – a significant advantage
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and lead multiple cross-functional interfaces
• Strong process-oriented, analytical, and results-driven mindset
